Refine is built in response to a common experience:
people doing all the “right” things for their bodies, yet still feeling tight, restricted, or not quite themselves.

Refine is a bodywork and movement education company working across corporate wellbeing, professional training, and private bodywork.

Rooted in evidence and delivered with care, we combine hands-on stretch therapy & bodywork with movement education to create meaningful, lasting change, not just temporary relief.

Our work spans corporate wellbeing experiences, structured education for professionals, and longevity-centred private bodywork.

Across all of it, the intention remains the same:
To help people move better, recover well, and sustain physical capacity - in the workplace, in practice, and in their own bodies.

BRITTANY

With over a decade of experience in kinesiology across high-performance and clinical environments, her work spans athletes, those navigating injury and recovery, and individuals looking to move and feel better. Her background in injury pathology and clinical manual therapy supports precise, responsive work tailored to a wide range of needs.

Targeted and highly personalized, her approach assesses the body as a whole to identify patterns, restrictions, and compensations, adjusting in real time to support more efficient movement and coordination.

Each session is structured around hands-on bodywork, breath, and targeted guidance, with an emphasis on helping clients better understand their body and movement patterns. The work centers on the interaction between tissue and the nervous system to support regulation and meaningful change. The pace remains calm and responsive, allowing the body to settle and adapt without force.

At Refine, this work reflects the philosophy that the body is not something to fix, but something to work with—through precision, consistency, and ongoing refinement.

GRACE

With over a decade of experience across Pilates, strength training, and stretch therapy, Grace’s work is rooted in building strong foundations and supporting how the body moves, adapts, and performs over time.

Attentive and highly individual, her approach is guided by careful observation and a deep sensitivity to what each body is communicating.

She works slowly and intentionally, creating a space where clients feel supported and able to respond, with sessions guided through listening and adjustment rather than force.

Each session integrates hands-on bodywork with movement, informed by a deep understanding of how the body moves and responds. This allows for work that is both precise and adaptable, helping clients move with greater ease while developing a clearer understanding.

At Refine, this work reflects the philosophy that the body is not something to fix, but something to work with — through precision, consistency, and ongoing refinement.

We work with individuals and organisations who value depth, understanding, clarity, and long-term outcomes over trends and intensity.

Why Refine?

Refine speaks to the process we believe in.

Not forcing.
Not chasing extremes.
Not adding more for the sake of it.

But paying attention.
Adjusting.
Stripping back what isn’t needed.
And building something that lasts.

Wherever you are in your body and your movement, there is always space to refine.

Not because you are broken, but because change is ongoing — shaped through consistency, attention, and time.

We believe in working with the body, not against it.

Refine is about that process.
